WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A HAMMAH

In the Hawaiian islands, "Hammah" is more than just a word; it's a badge of strength. Used in local slang, a Hammah is someone who embodies strength in various forms—whether it be strong-minded, strong-willed, or physically strong. This term resonates deeply with the values we uphold at Menehune Hammahs.

At Menehune Hammahs, we believe that being a Hammah is about more than just physical prowess. It's about cultivating a mindset and spirit that is resilient, confident, and unwavering. We strive to instill these qualities in our keikis (children) through a comprehensive approach that includes fitness activities, sports knowledge, and team building.

Through our programs, we encourage our keikis to push their limits, embrace challenges, and develop a sense of self-confidence that will serve them well both on and off the field. We foster an environment where they can grow strong in body, mind, and spirit, embodying the true essence of a Hammah.
